Our agency commenced in 2018 with the initial undertaking to provide community information and services to meet the needs of the growing community within the Sydney Metropolitan area. Over the past years, the organization has grown to provide a diverse range of services to the community.

Ongoing Care is a Registered NDIS Provider and complies with all NSW and Commonwealth Government requirements for the delivery of quality and safe disability support services.

Honey Ombina – Administration
