We provide services across NDIS Disability Support and Aged Care, and offer opportunities for people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

Support Workers

We are looking for experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team.

Your Role

As a Support Worker, you may provide assistance with:

  • Personal care and daily living activities
  • Community access and social participation
  • Domestic assistance and household tasks
  • Transport and appointments
  • Meal preparation
  • Respite and in-home support
  • Supporting participants to work towards their individual goals
  • Completing accurate care notes and required documentation

All supports must be delivered in a way that promotes dignity, privacy, choice, independence and respect.

What We Look For

Depending on the position and client requirements, applicants may be required to have:

  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Community Services or a related qualification
  • Experience working in disability or aged care
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check, where required
  • National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Relevant infection prevention and control training
  • Current Australian Driver Licence
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance, where required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete care notes and other required documentation
  • Ability to work flexibly and reliably
  • Understanding of professional boundaries, privacy, safeguarding and mandatory reporting responsibilities
